By using Maheshpur Online services, you agree to these terms. Please read them before subscribing.

1. Service

Maheshpur Online provides internet access and optional value-added services (including FTP and self-care tools) subject to network availability in your location.

2. Accounts & billing

Monthly packages are billed in BDT. Payment is due by the date shown on your bill. Late payment may result in temporary suspension until the account is cleared.

3. Fair use

Plans are intended for normal residential or declared business use. Activity that harms the network or other customers (including excessive abusive traffic or illegal content) may lead to throttling, suspension, or termination.

4. Equipment

Routers, ONUs, or cables provided by Maheshpur Online remain our property unless sold to you in writing. You are responsible for care of customer-side equipment and power supply.

5. Installation

Installation fees, if any, are quoted before work begins. Wall drilling, pole attachments, or extra cable runs may incur additional charges agreed in advance.

6. Outages & maintenance

We schedule maintenance when possible and work to restore service promptly. Credits for prolonged outages are handled under our Refund Policy where applicable.

7. FTP & content

FTP access is a subscriber benefit on our network. You must comply with copyright law and Bangladesh regulations. Maheshpur Online does not authorize unlawful copying or distribution.

8. Privacy

We use your contact details for billing and support. We do not sell customer data. Lawful requests from authorities may require disclosure as mandated by law.

9. Changes

We may update packages, prices, or these terms with notice on our website or by SMS. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
